Todo is Not a Registered Charity
Todo and his helpers are not a registered charity, and the Helping Fund is not a tax-deductible donation program. All funds distributed through the Helping Fund come solely from Print Club membership contributions and are allocated at Todo’s discretion to dog-focused projects, shelters, veterinarians, or dog businesses.
By joining the Print Club, submitting a Helping Fund request, or otherwise interacting with Todo:
You acknowledge that Todo does not hold ACNC registration or DGR status, and contributions are not tax-deductible.
You agree that Todo cannot guarantee specific outcomes, project success, or timing of any support.
You accept that funds are voluntarily distributed by Todo and his helpers, and no legal or fiduciary obligations arise beyond these Terms & Conditions.
You consent to receiving updates, mission cards, and other documentation showing how funds are used, including photos, logos, or branding of recipients.
You understand that Todo is not required to fund projects from personal funds, and allocations are limited to the Helping Fund resources collected from members.
You agree that Todo cannot be held liable for any outcomes, property damage, or unforeseen issues related to Helping Fund distributions.
Helping Fund Definitions
For the purpose of Todo’s Helping Fund terms, the following definitions apply:
Successful Membership Payment
A Successful Membership Payment means a Print Club membership payment that has been successfully processed and received by Todo’s payment provider. Payments that fail, are declined, reversed, refunded, disputed, or otherwise not successfully received are not considered Successful Membership Payments and do not contribute to the Helping Fund.
Active Member
An Active Member means a Print Club member whose membership is current and whose required membership payment has been successfully received.
Helping Fund Allocation Period
The Helping Fund Allocation Period refers to the period used to calculate monthly Helping Fund contributions. Successful Membership Payments received between the 1st–7th of each calendar month contribute to that month’s Helping Fund allocation.
Held Helping Fund Contributions
Held Helping Fund Contributions are Successful Membership Payments received between the 8th–20th of the month. These contributions are recorded and included in the following month’s Helping Fund allocation.
Helping Fund Allocation
The Helping Fund Allocation is the total amount calculated from Successful Membership Payments, with $1 Australian Dollar allocated per successful membership payment according to the applicable allocation period.
Helping Fund Mission
A Helping Fund Mission refers to the support provided using the Helping Fund allocation, including goods, supplies, upgrades, services, or other practical assistance delivered to selected recipients that directly support dogs in need.
These definitions are intended to ensure clarity and transparency regarding how Helping Fund contributions are calculated, allocated, and used.
Helping Fund Contribution Amount
As part of Todo’s Print Club membership, $1 Australian Dollar (AUD) from each successful membership payment is allocated towards Todo’s Helping Fund.
The Helping Fund contribution is a fixed $1 AUD amount per successful membership payment and is not calculated as a percentage of the membership subscription price.
The remaining portion of the membership payment is used to operate and provide the Print Club service, including the creation, preparation, printing, packaging, postage, administration, and other operational requirements involved in delivering the membership experience.
Todo and his helpers are only responsible for allocating the Helping Fund amount generated from successful membership payments. Todo is not required to personally contribute additional funds, cover shortfalls, replace failed payments, or increase the Helping Fund amount beyond the $1 AUD contribution per successful membership payment.
Members acknowledge that the total amount available within the Helping Fund depends on the number of successful membership payments received during the applicable allocation periods and that Todo cannot guarantee a specific Helping Fund amount each month.
Helping Fund Contribution Adjustments
Todo reserves the right to review and adjust the Helping Fund contribution amount where reasonably necessary to maintain the sustainability and ongoing operation of the Print Club.
While Todo currently aims to allocate $1 Australian Dollar (AUD) from each successful membership payment towards the Helping Fund, circumstances may change over time, including increases in production costs, postage, materials, operational expenses, or other factors that affect the ability to continue providing the Print Club service.
If the Helping Fund contribution amount is adjusted, Todo will aim to provide reasonable notice to members and update the relevant membership information and Helping Fund details accordingly.
Any adjustment will be made with the intention of maintaining the long-term sustainability of Todo’s Print Club while continuing to create positive support for dogs in need.
Todo’s Helping Fund Transparency & Allocation
Todo’s Helping Fund is designed to provide direct support to dogs in need. As part of Todo’s Print Club membership, $1 from each successful Print Club membership payment is allocated to the Helping Fund to support dog-related initiatives.
Todo’s Helping Fund operates using a monthly allocation process. Between the 1st–7th of each calendar month, Todo calculates the Helping Fund allocation by reviewing successful Print Club membership payments received during this period. $1 per successful payment is allocated to the Helping Fund for that month, forming the initial amount available for distribution during that calendar month.
Successful membership payments received between the 8th–20th of the month are recorded and held for the following Helping Fund allocation. These contributions are added to the next month’s allocation period, ensuring that every successful Print Club membership payment contributes $1 towards helping dogs.
This process allows Todo and his helpers sufficient time to responsibly plan, organise, deliver, and document Helping Fund support while ensuring allocations are based on confirmed successful membership payments.
Throughout the same month, Todo distributes the Helping Fund by providing direct assistance such as goods, supplies, upgrades, or other practical support to selected organisations, veterinarians, shelters, foundations, or businesses that are actively helping dogs in need. Todo focuses on delivering assistance that directly benefits dogs rather than distributing unrestricted cash donations to larger charity organisations.
Todo and his helpers aim to ensure the Helping Fund is used responsibly and in ways that create a visible and meaningful impact for dogs. The type of assistance provided may vary depending on the needs of the selected recipient and the availability of goods, services, or projects at the time. The type of assistance provided will be outlined within Todo’s Mission Card members receive monthly.
Member Cancellations & Helping Fund Adjustments
If a member cancels their Print Club membership or a payment fails, is reversed, or is refunded before a successful payment is received, that membership payment will not contribute to the Helping Fund.
Successful membership payments received during the 1st–7th of the month will contribute to that month’s Helping Fund allocation.
Successful membership payments received between the 8th–20th of the month will be recorded and held for the following Helping Fund allocation period. These contributions will be included in the next month’s Helping Fund allocation and will not be added to the current month’s Helping Fund after the allocation period has closed.
For example, if 300 successful memberships are received between the 8th–20th, $300 will be carried forward and included in the following month’s Helping Fund allocation, totalling $1 from every successful member.
This process ensures that Todo is only allocating Helping Fund contributions from confirmed successful membership payments and is not financially responsible for failed payments, cancellations, refunds, or unpaid memberships.
Members acknowledge and agree that Helping Fund allocations are calculated and adjusted in accordance with these terms. Any payments that are later reversed, charged back, or deemed invalid will not be counted toward the Helping Fund, and Todo is not responsible for covering or replacing these amounts.
Accounting Accuracy & Good Faith
Todo and his helpers use reasonable care and best efforts to accurately record Print Club memberships, successful membership payments, Helping Fund contributions, held Helping Fund contributions, and distributions. Despite these efforts, genuine administrative, calculation, or record-keeping errors may occasionally occur.
Members acknowledge that discrepancies may arise from factors including, but not limited to, membership records, successful payment confirmations, payment timing, Helping Fund allocation periods, held contributions, calculation errors, rounding differences, duplicate or omitted entries, or other inadvertent administrative mistakes.
Where such an error is identified, Todo and his helpers will make reasonable efforts to correct it in good faith. Corrections may include adjusting future Helping Fund allocations, held contributions, distributions, or internal records to ensure the overall operation of Print Club remains fair and consistent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Todo and his helpers are not liable for losses, claims, or disputes arising solely from genuine and unintentional administrative or accounting errors that are reasonably corrected in accordance with this clause.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Todo and his helpers are not liable for genuine, inadvertent administrative or accounting errors, including errors that are not immediately identified, where the Print Club is administered in good faith.
Any identified discrepancies will be corrected promptly in good faith, and Helping Fund allocations or future contribution records may be adjusted accordingly to maintain fairness and transparency.
Allocation Discretion
All Helping Fund allocations are made at the sole discretion of Todo and his helpers. While applications or requests for support may be submitted, submission does not guarantee selection or funding. Todo may choose recipients based on a variety of factors including impact, location, timing, operational feasibility, and the ability to directly assist dogs.
Todo cannot support every request received.
Eligibility Limitations
The Helping Fund is strictly intended to support dog-focused initiatives or organizations that directly assist dogs. As such:
Todo does not provide financial assistance for individual veterinary bills or private personal expenses.
Todo does not support organizations, businesses, or projects that are not directly related to helping dogs.
Todo may decline requests that fall inside or outside the scope or purpose of the Helping Fund.
Distribution & Carry Forward
Todo aims to distribute each monthly Helping Fund allocation during the same calendar month it is calculated.
After the Helping Fund allocation is calculated between the 1st and 7th of each month, Todo and his helpers will begin organising and delivering support using those allocated funds.
In some circumstances, the full allocated Helping Fund amount may not be able to be used or distributed within that calendar month due to factors such as project timing, availability of goods or services, recipient requirements, scheduling, or other practical considerations.
Where this occurs, any remaining balance from that locked Helping Fund allocation will be securely carried forward and added to the following month’s Helping Fund activities.
Members acknowledge that carried-forward Helping Fund balances are separate from membership payments received between the 8th–20th of the month, which are held and included as part of the following month’s Helping Fund allocation.
This process allows Todo and his helpers to responsibly complete meaningful Helping Fund projects while ensuring all member contributions continue to support dogs in need.
Transparency to Members
After assistance has been delivered or completed, Todo may create a collectible mission card documenting the project or support provided within that months mail letter. These cards may be included in that month’s Print Club mail to help members see how their contributions are supporting dogs.
These updates are intended to provide transparency and community engagement, though the format and timing of such communications may vary depending on operational considerations.
Nature of the Helping Fund
The Helping Fund is a community-driven support initiative connected to Todo’s Print Club membership and is not intended to operate as, or represent, a registered charity unless otherwise stated. Membership payments are primarily for participation in the Print Club service, which includes receiving printed materials and related membership benefits.
While Todo aims to allocate $1 per member toward helping dogs, members acknowledge that the Helping Fund operates within the broader structure of the Print Club service and its operational requirements not that of a independant charity.
Delivery & Assistance Liability
Todo and his helpers may deliver goods, supplies, upgrades, or other forms of assistance as part of the Helping Fund initiative. While reasonable care is taken when sourcing and delivering these items, Todo and his helpers cannot guarantee outcomes, results, or performance of any goods, services, or improvements provided.
Any items, supplies, or assistance provided are accepted at the recipient’s own discretion and responsibility. Todo and his helpers are not liable for any damages, losses, misuse, or unintended consequences resulting from the use, installation, or application of goods or services delivered through the Helping Fund.
Recipients are responsible for ensuring that any assistance received is used appropriately and in compliance with their own operational, legal, or veterinary requirements.
No Liability for Project Outcome
Todo and his helpers provide assistance from the Helping Fund in good faith, including goods, upgrades, or other support to dog-focused organizations, shelters, veterinarians, or businesses. While Todo aims to make a meaningful and positive impact for dogs, Todo does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or success of the recipient projects or organizations.
Members acknowledge and agree that:
The Helping Fund is intended to support dogs in need, but Todo cannot control how recipients use the assistance.
Todo and his helpers are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or unforeseen results from the use of goods, upgrades, or services provided.
Contributions to the Helping Fund do not create a contractual obligation to achieve specific results or guarantees of success.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in or receiving assistance from Todo’s Helping Fund, recipients and members acknowledge and agree that Todo and his helpers cannot guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the projects, deliveries, or support provided.
Todo and his helpers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Damage to property, grounds, buildings, or places of business;
The use, handling, or application of goods, upgrades, or other support delivered;
Discussions, agreements, or communications with recipient organizations, shelters, veterinarians, or businesses;
Any project outcomes or results, including success or failure of initiatives supported by the Helping Fund.
Recipients and members agree that by accepting or requesting funds, allocations, or support, they assume responsibility for any consequences and acknowledge that Todo and his helpers provide assistance in good faith but without legal guarantee or liability.
Helping Fund Recipient Publicity Consent
Recipient Publicity Consent
As a condition of accepting assistance from Todo’s Helping Fund, recipients consent to Todo and his helpers photographing, filming, recording, and documenting the Helping Fund project and any goods, supplies, upgrades, services, or other assistance provided.
Recipients acknowledge and agree that Todo and his helpers may use, publish, reproduce, and distribute this material for transparency, storytelling, community engagement, educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.
This may include, but is not limited to:
The recipient organisation, business, shelter, rescue group, veterinary clinic, or foundation.
Business names, logos, branding, and signage.
Buildings, facilities, grounds, or project locations.
Dogs, animals, equipment, goods, or improvements associated with the Helping Fund project.
Photographs, videos, written stories, interviews, testimonials, and project updates.
Such material may be used across Todo’s website, Print Club mail, Mission Cards, social media, printed publications, promotional materials, advertising, media releases, and other current or future communication channels.
Recipients acknowledge that publicity and community updates form an important part of Todo’s Print Club by demonstrating how member contributions are used to help dogs in need. Acceptance of Helping Fund assistance constitutes consent to the use of such material in accordance with these terms.
Todo will aim to represent recipients respectfully and accurately but is not liable for any comments, opinions, engagement, or reactions made by third parties in relation to any published Helping Fund content.
Publicity & Community Updates
Todo aims to keep Print Club members informed about the impact of the Helping Fund by sharing updates on completed projects and activities.
These updates may include photographs, written stories, illustrations, videos, or descriptions of goods delivered, projects completed, organisations supported, and the positive outcomes achieved for dogs in need.
Helping Fund updates may be shared through Todo’s Mission Cards, Print Club mail, website, social media, newsletters, printed materials, or other promotional and community engagement channels.
These updates are intended to maintain transparency with members, celebrate the impact of the Print Club community, raise awareness for dogs in need, encourage community involvement, and help Todo grow the Helping Fund so that more dogs can be supported in the future.
The format, timing, and content of Helping Fund updates may vary depending on the nature of each project and operational considerations.
No Guarantee of Funding or Equal Distribution
Participation in Todo’s Print Club does not guarantee that any specific organization, project, or request will receive support from the Helping Fund.
Helping Fund allocations are determined at the sole discretion of Todo and his helpers, based on available funds, project suitability, timing, logistical considerations, and the potential benefit to dogs in need.
Due to the nature of the initiative, funds may not be distributed equally across all applicants, organizations, or geographic locations. Todo may choose to support one project, multiple projects, or carry funds forward depending on circumstances during each calendar month.
Mission & Good Faith Initiative
Todo’s Print Club and Helping Fund operate as a community-driven initiative created to support dogs in need while engaging members through printed mail, storytelling, and shared adventures.
All efforts made by Todo and his helpers are carried out in good faith with the intention of creating positive impact for dogs. While Todo aims to distribute Helping Fund support regularly and transparently, members acknowledge that the initiative operates within practical, logistical, and operational limitations.
Todo and his helpers will always aim to act responsibly and transparently when allocating funds, selecting projects, and sharing updates with the Print Club community. However, specific outcomes, timelines, recipients, or impacts cannot be guaranteed.
Participation in the Print Club represents support for Todo’s mission and community initiative rather than a guaranteed charitable donation program or contractual obligation to fund specific individuals, organizations, or projects.
Todo and his helpers reserve the right to adjust, refine, or modify Helping Fund processes, allocation methods, or communication formats where reasonably necessary to maintain the sustainability, transparency, and effectiveness of the initiative.
No Personal Funding Obligation
Todo and his helpers provide support solely from the Helping Fund, which is funded by active Print Club membership contributions. Todo is not obligated to fund projects, goods, upgrades, or other assistance out of his own pocket, and members or recipients acknowledge that any assistance provided depends entirely on the availability of Helping Fund resources.
Members and recipients understand that:
Assistance is contingent on the current month’s Helping Fund allocations.
Todo and his helpers cannot be held liable if Helping Fund resources are insufficient to support all requested or accepted projects.
No expectation exists that Todo will personally contribute additional funds beyond the Helping Fund.
Recipient Acknowledgment & Obligations
For any accepted or offered Helping Fund proposal, the recipient organization, shelter, business, or individual acting on behalf of the project must ensure that a responsible representative is present on-site to receive assistance/goods ect from Todo and his helpers. This on-site receipt must provide signature accepting ownership of allocated goods, upgrades ect between the 7th and 12th of the calendar month in which the allocation is scheduled.
By accepting or requesting assistance, the recipient agrees to:
Acknowledge and take receipt of all goods, upgrades, or support delivered.
Facilitate agreed-upon upgrades, installations, or other support from Todo and his helpers.
Participate in photographs, videos, or other visual documentation with Todo or Todo's Helpers and the delivered support.
Such materials may be used anywhere Todo sees fit, including but not limited to:Mission cards for Print Club members
Online or print community updates
Marketing, news, promotional, or social media materials
Materials may display recipient premises, logos, uniforms, or other visible branding
Recipients must allow Todo and his helpers sufficient reasonable time on-site to deliver the agreed assistance, complete any agreed works or installations, inspect and document the project, and capture photographs, video, or other media required for Helping Fund transparency and community updates. The time required will vary depending on the nature and scope of the Helping Fund project.
Recipients understand and agree that participation in these requirements is necessary for acceptance of Helping Fund assistance. This process helps Todo document and share the impact of the Helping Fund, allowing him to engage the community, grow a larger network of supporters, and take on bigger projects to help more dogs.
Failure to comply may result in:
Todo and his helpers being unable to deliver, distribute, or document support within the specified timeframe
Revocation of the initial Helping Fund agreement or cancellation of the scheduled support
Todo and his helpers are not liable for any issues, losses, or consequences arising from the recipient’s failure to comply with these obligations.
Record Keeping & Accuracy
Todo and his helpers maintain records of Print Club memberships, payments, Helping Fund allocations, and distributions in good faith to ensure transparency and accountability. All efforts are made to keep records accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
Members acknowledge that, despite best efforts, minor discrepancies or errors may occur due to human or technical factors, including but not limited to:
Membership counts and payment confirmations
Helping Fund allocation calculations
Distribution of goods, upgrades, or mission cards
Todo and his helpers are not liable for any small errors or discrepancies in record keeping. Any errors identified will be corrected in good faith as promptly as possible, including adjustments to future allocations or distributions when necessary.
Record Keeping & Privacy

Members or Third Parties acknowledge and agree that they are not entitled to inspect, request copies of, or audit internal financial records, membership records, Helping Fund records, or other administrative documents.
Todo and his helpers may, at their sole discretion, provide general updates, summaries, or reports regarding the Helping Fund, including how funds have been used to support dogs or other club initiatives. The monthly Mission Cards are intended to provide members with an overview of Helping Fund activities and outcomes.
Except where required by applicable law, Todo and his helpers are under no obligation to disclose detailed financial information, individual transactions, internal records, or supporting documentation to members or any third party
Subscription Transactions
Subscription Billing
Your Print Club subscription is billed monthly and continues until you cancel. Your first payment will be processed when you sign up, and subsequent payments will occur on a monthly basis.
Price Changes & Notifications
Print Club may adjust subscription prices from time to time, whether increasing or decreasing, based on costs, operational needs, or other factors. We’ll email you at least 7 days before any new pricing takes effect, which will apply from the beginning of your next billing cycle. You’re free to cancel before that cycle starts if you’d prefer not to continue.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card), your subscription will be paused until you update your payment method. In such cases, new prints may be delayed until payment is confirmed.
Legal Compliance & Location
Print Club operates from Perth, Western Australia. By subscribing, you affirm that you’re acting within the legal boundaries of your jurisdiction. Some locations may not support international shipping.
Purchase Transactions
One-Time Print Orders
If you’re purchasing a single "previous monthly edition" print, no subscription, your payment is processed immediately at checkout. This is a one-off charge and won’t renew unless you choose to subscribe to print club later.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because Todo’s limited-edition prints and Print Club subscriber prints are produced in limited quantities and prepared specifically for each release, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available once an order or subscription shipment has been confirmed, except where required by applicable law or where a print is faulty, damaged, or cannot be delivered.
If a delivery cannot be completed and the item is returned to Todo via Return to Sender or another unsuccessful delivery process, a refund may be issued once the print has been received back by Todo. Any original shipping costs or return postage incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Todo is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or where delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances outside Todo's reasonable control.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card), your purchase will not be received until you update your payment method. In such cases, new prints may be delayed until payment is confirmed.
Legal Compliance & Location
Print Club operates from Perth, Western Australia. By subscribing, you affirm that you’re acting within the legal boundaries of your jurisdiction. Some locations may not support international shipping.
International Payments & Currency Notice
When you subscribe or purchase from Print Club, your payment may be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) via Stripe. If your card or bank uses a different currency, Stripe may automatically convert the charge to your local currency using their current exchange rates.
The final amount you see may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate used by your bank or card issuer at the time of processing.
Banks and credit card providers often add a fee for international transactions, typically ranging from 1–3% of the transaction amount (which may include a currency conversion fee or foreign transaction fee).
What this means for you:
You may see charges in AUD on your statement.
Your card issuer or bank may or may not show the converted amount in your local currency.
Any foreign fees or exchange rate differences are charged separately, not by Print Club.
If you're unsure about how your bank handles foreign charges, you might want to check their policy or use a card that doesn’t charge international fees. It could help you avoid surprise charges.
Time Zone Notice & Billing Variability
Your Print Club subscription is billed on the same calendar date each month, starting when you sign up. However, due to time zone differences and how Stripe processes payments, your charge may occur a few days before or after the expected date.
Why this happens:
Stripe timestamps records in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). It converts your local billing date accordingly, which can shift payment timing depending on where you are in the world.
Customers have reported being billed earlier or later than anticipated, even up to a full day, when local and UTC dates don’t line up.
What you should expect:
Most likely, you’ll be charged on or very close to your signup date.
In rare cases, your payment might occur a few days earlier or later than expected.
Regardless of this shift, your billing cycle remains consistent monthly.
Account Credentials & Subscription Management
Account Security
You're responsible for keeping your Print Club account credentials (email, password, login details) secure. Please make sure all information is accurate and up-to-date. Print Club is not responsible for any misuse or unauthorized access resulting from incorrect or shared account information.
Stripe Customer Portal
To enhance your experience, Print Club uses Stripe’s secure, hosted Customer Portal. A self-service dashboard that lets you manage your subscription directly:
Update payment methods (e.g. credit card, billing details)

Subscription Cut-Off & Delivery Policy
Monthly Sign-Up Deadline
To receive the current month’s print, new subscribers must sign up by the 20th of each month.
Signups made on or before the 20th will receive that month’s print.
Signups can not be made between the 20th and 31st of each month as Todo is busy packing orders all signups are closed.
Why We Use This Method
This cut-off gives us enough time to prepare, print, and post your package. It's similar to "order day" and "cutoff day" practices used in subscription businesses to prevent billing duplications and ensure consistent delivery.
Friendly Reminder
We recommend subscribing before the 20th whenever possible. It’s the best way to ensure you join in the month you're ordering for, as after the 20th signups close only reopening on the 1st of the next month.
