Print Club Definition
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Print Club” or “Mail Club” refers to Todo’s membership service and may be used interchangeably throughout this website. These terms cover all related offerings, including monthly letters, postcards, charity cards, membership benefits, and any associated services or communications provided by Todo.
Todo’s Helpers
“Todo’s Helpers” refers to the individuals responsible for operating, managing, and supporting Todo’s Print Club and related services. This may include the owners, creators, artists, designers, writers, administrators, and team members who assist in producing printed materials, managing memberships, coordinating Helping Fund activities, and maintaining the website and community.
Todo’s helpers act on behalf of the brand to create artwork, prepare mail, manage communications, coordinate deliveries, and operate the Print Club and Helping Fund initiative.
References to Todo throughout the website, communications, printed materials, and services may represent actions carried out by Todo’s helpers in support of the brand’s storytelling, mascot identity, and operational activities.
Member
A “Member” refers to any individual who has signed up to participate in Todo’s Print Club or Mail Club and receives monthly mail, updates, or related benefits as part of the membership.
Helping Fund
The “Helping Fund” refers to the portion of each membership contribution allocated toward supporting dog-related projects. Todo uses this fund to provide goods, upgrades, supplies, or other direct support to dog shelters, foundations, vets, or approved projects that help dogs.
Paw-Mail
“Paw-Mail” refers to the physical mail sent to members as part of the Print Club, including letters from Todo, postcard prints, collectible charity cards, stickers, or other printed materials.

By filling in the contact form the User authorises Print Club to use the data provided to reply to requests for more information, as indicated by the form’s header (contact us). Correspondence will be made via any form of data provided; email address, phone number.

By registering to our mailing list or newsletter, the Users agree their email address will be added to the contact list of those who are happy to receive emails containing information on commercial or promotional material relating to Print Club. Your email address may also be added to our mailing list as a result of signing up as a user and agreeing to receive marketing material in the process. Stripe Payment Processing
Stripe payment processing services allow Print Club to process payments by credit card, bank transfer, or other means supported by Stripe. Print Club only shares user information necessary to execute the said transaction with Stripe to increase security. Gifting Subscriptions
Print Club allows users to gift our subscription service to family, friends, or loved ones. When purchasing a subscription as a gift, you may provide the recipient’s name and mailing address. We will send the subscription mailings directly to the recipient on your behalf.
By providing the recipient’s details, you confirm that you have their consent to share this information with us for the purpose of delivering the gifted subscription. You agree not to disclose or share any private information of the recipient with us before obtaining their prior permission. Any breach of this will result in the immediate cancellation of the gifted subscription.
